These new leaders were tapped to guide them through the rough seas of a stubbornly persistent pandemic, emerging and intensifying supply chain complexities, and also exciting new opportunities brought on by data and advanced digital technologies.
Now in its third year of publication, “Fashion’s Newest CEOs at the Top of 2022” studies these new leaders and their predecessors in order to gain insight on the direction of the industry based on its leadership choices.
As supply chain disruptions and the “Great Resignation” continue to pose challenge after challenge for fashion, CEO appointments send mixed signals with some data indicating a desire to move forward, while others indicating a return toward more conservative leadership choices.
