Silbon chooses Nextail to scale operations and elevate merchandising precision as part of growth strategy

Spanish fashion brand Silbon has selected Nextail, the AI-driven merchandise and inventory execution platform for fashion, to bring greater precision and automation to its stock management as the company continues to scale its operations. Founded in Córdoba in 2009, Silbon is known for its refined yet contemporary take on classic fashion, merging British tailoring influences with Spanish elegance and spanning multiple design
lines from sport casual to tailoring.

The brand’s strong growth trajectory, which saw sales grow by 50% in 2024 and whose aim is to reach €100M and open 30 additional points of sale in 2025, has signified a need for greater control and agility across merchandising decisions as operations have quickly had to scale without impacting the experience of customers. Thus, Silbon has chosen to partner with Nextail to make faster, more data-informed inventory decisions even as its store network expands. Additionally, they aim to improve key KPIs including sell-through, average sale price, coverage, and sellout, while also reducing transfers and manual workloads.
