Common questions answered

How do I reset my password?

No problem. Just go to www.nextail.co/login and enter your organisation name. On the next page, enter your username and then click on the Forgot password link. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account to help you reset your password. Still struggling? Contact us using the form below or on customerexperience@nextail.co

Can I be sent a reminder of my organizational ID?

Yes. Please contact us using the short form below and we’ll be pleased to get back to you alternatively contact us on customerexperience@nextail.co

How do I access support from within the Nextail platform?

Once logged in, look for the support icon towards the bottom of your left-hand navigation menu. From there you can raise support tickets.

Can you provide additional platform training?

We provide training when you first come on board with Nextail, but we understand from time to time you may need a top-up session or full training for new members of staff. Just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help arrange this for you.
