Client Success Intern - Spain

In order to support the exponential growth ahead of us we are looking to add a Spanish Client Success Intern profile to our current team of thirty people.  The new team member will be instrumental in scaling Nextail’s operations as we build one of the leading software companies in Europe, backed by the number one VC fund in Spain according to Dealroom.

The Client Success intern will work under the supervision of the VP Client Success. The Client Success Intern will be part of our front-line customer operations team and help our clients resolve issues and maximize the value they get.

In particular, the Client Success Intern will, among others, be responsible for:

  • Communicating with the client operations team to ensure we quickly onboard customers and we are maximizing their experience and drive continued product engagement.
  • Developing and maintaining support resources and tools (manuals, documents…) needed to ensure customer success.
  • Assembling metrics for weekly and monthly internal KPIs and strategically incorporate customer feedback through the product management team.

While most of our operations are run from our headquarters in sunny Madrid, we also have teams located in the main markets where we operate, currently Spain, Italy and Russia. English is the company language, but within the team we speak altogether some 16 languages (counting both those of humans and computers).

You bring

You are a graduate in engineering or business. Prior experience as intern at a consulting firm and familiarity with fashion retail, supply chain and technology are a plus.

You have strong problem solving and analytical skills in order to understand and isolate the issue at hand before resolving it, or escalating it. You love learning and solving ever-increasingly complex issues. You are an advanced MS Excel user, and can prove it. Experience with advanced data analytic tools beyond Excel (SQL, R, python, SPSS, etc.) is a plus.

You have strong communication skills that enable you to interact with people from different backgrounds and conditions. You enjoy being in a client facing role.

Personally, you thrive under pressure and are self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. You are a fast learner, well organized, pro-active, and reliable.  

You are fluent in Spanish and English (other languages a plus) and are interested in working in an international company.

Competitive internship pay. Internship can be converted into into a full-time job with compensation that includes a fixed+variable salary as well as company equity as we progress towards our Series A and B fundraising rounds.
